Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

  • Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 2-3 business days
  • Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2-4 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Costs:

  • Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: AED 18 for orders under AED 250 — Free on orders AED 250 and above
  • Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: AED 20 for orders under AED 250 — Free on orders AED 250 and above
  • International: Rates vary by destination and parcel weight. Contact us on WhatsApp or email for an exact quote before placing an international order.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or your Shopify account.

International Shipping: We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States. International shipping rates depend on your location and the weight of your order — message us on WhatsApp or email before checkout for a quote. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
